Mark is a movement disorder neurologist with a special interest in Huntington’s disease. In addition to providing patient care Mark is involved in clinical research with HD as part of a number of studies. Current studies include PREDICT HD which is the largest observational study that follows premanifest HD subjects to understand their earliest changes, FuRST pHD which hopes to develop a rating scale to measure the earliest symptoms, 2CARE which is to evaluated in early symptomatic HD subjects have a slower rate of progression with CoEnzyme Q-10. Mark is interested in developing disease modifying strategies to help HD patients.
